The world in black and white is very different, but thanks to science and new technologies, color-blind glasses have been created.

This time, the story is about a color-blind little boy named Jude, who had already seen several videos of people like him, color-blind, receiving the famous glasses to see in color.

In the videos, Jude saw color-blind people becoming very emotional when they put on the glasses and began to see a totally different, magical, and wonderful world.
Naturally, he felt a strong desire to experience this as well. If those people were so moved when they put on the glasses, it must be for an incredible reason.
So, for his 10th birthday, Jude asked his parents for a pair of color-blind glasses as a gift.
Well, the boy was lucky because his parents were able to buy the glasses for him, and they even prepared a surprise for the big moment.
They filled the room with colorful balloons and the boy’s mother even painted her nails in colorful colors to see his reaction when he could see the colors.
Jude’s father, mother, and older brother were as excited as the boy to have this transformative experience. So, the father recorded the whole moment so they would never forget it and to share it with us.
In the video, Jude enters a room full of colorful balloons. His mother tells him to look for his present among them, and he pulls out a package and starts unwrapping it. Until then, he didn’t know what it was.
The moment he realizes it’s a pair of Enchroma glasses, he screams with joy and starts crying. He runs to his mother and gives her a big hug, saying “thank you very much” to everyone.
Even before putting on the glasses, Jude was already emotional and very grateful that his request had been granted by his parents. How cute!
Finally, the big moment arrives. Jude puts on the glasses and, as expected, he falls into tears when he realizes that the world is no longer black and white.
The boy’s father explained that he was only diagnosed in 2020 with a type of color blindness called deuteranopia, which is the total deficiency to see green colors.
So, the family took some time to buy the glasses, as they needed to know what the boy’s diagnosis was first, and of course, they wanted him to be old enough to take good care of the glasses, which are not cheap!
